77cab Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

By accessing or using the 77cab platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users aged 18 or above who reside in Bangladesh.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 77cab. Registering or logging in to the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. 77cab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an account on 77cab, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• The name, address, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and change it regularly.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to the 77cab support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

77cab may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. In such cases, submission of a national ID card or passport copy may be required.

All members must comply with the following rules while using 77cab:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent activity, hacking, use of bots, or any form of automation on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other users is not permitted.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds is strictly prohibited.
• Misuse of promotions or bonus offers is not permitted.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform is prohibited.

In the event of a violation of the above rules, 77cab reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit deposited funds, or pursue legal action.

77cab reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is established.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Upon request from law enforcement agencies or by court order.

Users are generally notified before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. To close your account voluntarily, please contact the 77cab support team.

All content published on the 77cab platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 77cab or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

The platform may contain links to third-party game software or services. 77cab is not responsible for any third-party content or policies. Users are advised to review the respective terms and conditions of any third-party provider.

77cab reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated date will be displayed on the platform following any changes, and registered email addresses may be notified.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Users are encouraged to first attempt resolution through 77cab support.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the original and definitive version.
